• Not registering on behalf of another person or third-party entity

NAK99 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify your eligibility. Documents that may be requested include MyKad, passport, or other valid identification issued by Malaysian authorities. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) NAK99 account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. NAK99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to safeguard your login credentials.

• Only one account is permitted per individual – including per IP address, mailing address, phone number, or device
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account
• Any suspected password change or unauthorised account access must be reported to nak99 immediately
• Personal information on your account must be kept up to date and accurate at all times
• NAK99 reserves the right to freeze an account for security investigation purposes if any suspicious activity is detected
• Transferring an account or account balance to another party is strictly prohibited

Players found operating more than one account to manipulate the bonus system, promotions, or wagering will face closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and a permanent ban from the NAK99 platform.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Processing time: 1–3 business days for standard withdrawals; instant withdrawals are available for fully verified accounts

• Colluding with other players to exploit the bonus system or games

• Using funds from illegal or suspicious sources for deposits
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process

NAK99 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in the above activities. During an investigation, the relevant account may be frozen and withdrawals placed on hold.
